Foreign authors of articles submitted in January 2017 or later must pay ＄100 (＄ 60 in the least developed countries) for the publication fee instead of becoming an International Member if the article is accepted for publication.

All materials published in FSTR are copyrighted by the Japanese Society for Food Science and Technology and should not be reproduced or released online in whole or part without permission from the Japanese Society for Food Science and Technology. Reproduction may be conducted after acceptance using the Reproduction Authorization Form. Authors who wish to reproduce materials should submit a Reproduction Authorization Form below to the editor-in-chief by e-mail.
